After an initial issue with my glasses (wrong lens). I must give full credit to Kirsty and her team. Including the Optometrist who saw me initially and Natalie (Branch Manager). It was due to the above that I have felt the need to write a review, along with continuing my business with Specsavers. Having returned to the store with the incorrect lens in my glasses it was Natalie that picked up on the issue immediately. She reassured me immediately, advised me she would get it sorted and quick. Good to her word 3 days later, I picked up my new glasses today which are just what I needed. Thank you once again to Kirsty, Natalie and the rest of the team. Great job! Mike
