Staff are nice, friendly and welcoming. I would particularly like to thank staff member Dudu who made my day in my last visit. My favourite glasses needed repairs and did it on the spot. Had a very good experience with Specsavers (Whitechapel). Three lovely young ladies attended to me. One did the OCT scan, one did the eye test and finally another helped me pick out a glass. On day of collection it was busy in there. I thought I would have to wait long. But no, I was there for less than 5 minutes. A very nice gentleman Immediately attended to me.

I took my daughter for her first eye test and it was conducted extremely well. Sam was great with her and made the experience very calming. Customer service overall is brilliant, all the staff constantly checking on us and one who gave us balloons to entertain the children. Would highly recommend.
