Shaffaq provided exceptional service. I came in expecting to buy 2 pair and ended up very happily with 5. Expert eye exam encompassing a full hour of tests was far more extensive than what I’d find at the US optical chain most similar to SpecSavers. Expertise, value and style are all best in class here. I literally fly across the Atlantic to get my glasses here. Update 3 months later: This location’s excellent customer service extended to remembering me when I returned after 3 months to order additional glasses. Warmth, professionalism and best-in-class service are unexpected but very much appreciated.
