Very unkind and uncaring centre. Would not recommend. My 84 year old father went with my disabled brother who he cares for even though they arrived on time and were waiting to be served, they were then told they had missed their appointment and that the optician was on lunch. No empathy or consideration. My father had previously booked for my mom and himself to attend and on attending they had no record of him being booked in on that occasion so they had also turned him away with no apology. No kindness or explanation from any of the staff. Terrible service

I’ve been to a number of different Specsavers over the years but I think this one might be the best. My appointments were always smooth, thorough and overall good experiences. I’ve also had some great aftercare, especially around my contact lens subscription, lots of flexibility and understanding.
