Absolute waste of time! I'm 35 and recently my hearing worsen so tried to book a hearing test. Website is advertising free hearing test so I booked one in Kidderminster. Few hours later I'm receiving a phone call and without any medical questions I'm being told that at my age is unlikely that I'm loosing my hearing so..... it must be a wax! Okay, I booked for wax removal with them and in the morning I'm getting phone call that work colleague did not turned up to work and they have to cancel my appointment. I decided to call my GP and luckily got an appointment on the same day with nurse to check if I have any wax. Result? Ears are clear and nurse advised me to book hearing test at Specsavers. So I went on the website and booked again for a free hearing check. Next day I'm receiving a phone call that they have to cancel my appointment and book for wax removal for over £50. I said that Ive been to see a GP nurse and she checked my ears which are completely clear, then I've heard that they cannot book me a hearing test because I'm not under 55 of age. WEBSITE NOT MENTIONING THAT What a waste of time!

I had a phone call from them to confirm my appointment.The woman I was speaking to asked how I was first of all and I replied Ok thanks, then she replied to me "I'm fine thankyou for asking me" which I found rather rude. Do you say that to every customer ? I work in retail and am certainly not like that with the people I am involved with.
