Specsavers Kenilworth are much better than they used to be. Twice this month they have given me a good service 1st time Tightened nose pads 2nd Time today actually tightened my glasses as they were loose.

Very friendly staff and great range of options. Saying that, my son's prescription turned out to be well wrong (it has more than doubled at a second test). Not only that, I was called twice to pick up my specs and they weren't actually ready so a big waste of time. I then got on with other things and it took me about 3 weeks to realise I didn't get a call back. I visited the branch and collected my glasses but they forgot to add the anti-glare so I went back to square one. Shame really... I'm going back to Vision Express for sure..
