very professional eye examination but the dispensing is chaotic.They net answer the phone and there is no message facility.I went in yesterday and two staff were behind the till preparing glasses, ignored me for five minutes and then told me No dispensers ( whatever that means) were available for at least twenty minutes.I had two frames in my hand and wanted self darkening transitionals so now will go elsewhere. Rang just now several times and no answer
