Thanks to my employer demanding results on a specific sheet of paper instead of just accepting the results as they are, I spat my dummy out and refused to return since my employer also demanded I did my test on my own rest day. Anyway, over a year later I eventually calmed down and I returned to this branch during my shift. Ultimately, the staff involved in helping me pulled out all the stops to help me and sort the problem out. Turned out they needed to re-test me. That was not a problem for them, they fitted me in and got it sorted. This all happened at the end of the day.... Exactly the time these people where probably hoping to wind down. Brandon did the sorting out, Portia did the sight test and others were involved with the hot air balloon bit and the peripheral bit. I think others were also dipping in to help. Yes I know customer service is their job but these folks genuinely wanted to help and they did just that all while happy to do do. They weren't scripted, they were human. And you can't get better than that.

Visited the store on 31 january 2023.had my eyes tested by Georgia who identified a problem(suspected glaucoma).referred me to the eye hospital.diagnosis was spot on.treatment under way.thankyou very much!

Ordered new sunglasses on the 18th January got told be in 7 to 10 days called a few times still not back didn’t book a appointment for collection has I got told it would be quicker called today sorry yes there here sorry no one as called you need to book you in for a appointment does the left hand know what the right is doing?

Had to go for a DVLA eye test here 18th Jan 23. Staff very helpful and explained everything that was going on. They used the session to train a young girl, which shows they are investing in their future. Well done all.
