How wonderful to get such caring and efficient treatment nowadays . Audiologist was excellent and so nice. Now have hearing aids .not the most expensive .comfortable. discreet and I can hear perfectly. Pleased as lots of follow up care which didn't get on nhs .

I found the booking process, pre telephone and text reminders helpful but most of all the optometrist was very thorough, explained everything to me and the support staff were great. After getting my prescription, a team member helped me pick my frames, not pushy and guided me to the lowest price frames. I wanted something a bit different so we then looked in a different range. Advice was given on lens coatings and I took advantage of 2 for one for prescription sunglasses. A week later my glasses were ready and again the staff were very helpful and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the lenses, frames and glasses as a whole. Well done Hoddesdon Team

I've been to many different opticians and these are the most thorough so far. They found things in my eyes that others hadn't. Helped me patiently try again and again (and again and again and again!) to get contacts in. Were great with my kids eye tests. I don't like that they all wear masks and ask that you wear masks (February 2023 now), so I've deducted a star for that.
