    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely terrible!! My case went on for almost 4 years and very little communication from them! They advised me to settle my case … informed me that they would reduce the fees down by 70% in-line with the other companies involved with my case but still took 25% … also as I was going through a mental illness and my Mother In Law was very poorly I think they took total advantage of my situation to get me to sign something quickly so I didn’t realise what I was signing. I am waiting for the Ombudsman to contact me regarding this case!! THEY HAVE TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR CLIENTS!! Only interested in taking YOUR money and adding to your misery!!

I’ve been told today by someone called Liam that they only employ one member of staff who deals with this payments and he is off sick. So if he’s off sick no one gets paid out. Never seen something so unprofessional in my life. No apology, no timeframe from when I will hear anything back. Don’t use this company.
