I have been customer for Hertford specsavers for more than 5-6 years. i have been ordering contact lenses for a very long time and doing all the tests and everything there (even buying glasses). I have ordered contact lenses from this store before christmas (before my holiday abroad) and gave it a good 10 days before my leave. I got a phone call 4 days before my holiday that they will not be able to fullfill my order and there is nothing they can do. After heated conversation i wanted to speak to a manager. Manager was very helpful and she said to me that they can fullfill order for one eye but the other eye will take time so they are giving me 10 lenses for the other eye (which was a bit off my measure) and they will fullfill my full order within 10 days. if i didn't complain i wasn't even going to get this! after 10 days or so they called me saying my lenses is in the store. They gave me one box of one eye lenses. Not even a compensation of 30 day supply after this mess and causing me a stress before my holiday. This is not the only error they made, i experienced stuff like this before but at least got some compensation and carried on ordering from them. After this i have used online website which sent me my order within a day. After this i wanted to let you know that i will never be ordering from specsavers ever again and they lost a customer. Rubbish customer service!

Popped in there today as my glasses broke. Despite being busy staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Did a temporary fix on glasses and ordered new ones under guarantee. A member of staff who’d popped in on her day off even measured me for the new glasses 🤓 to save me waiting too long. Brilliant Customer service.
