Rude, dismissive and condescending male staff member/manager. Policy on payment needed up front was no where to be seen for customers to know about. It was the second time I needed a replacement and I paid on pick up the first time . I wouldn't have minded if it was a policy clearly stated or a deposit was taken. I dont think I will be going back there.
