    Don't recommend this shop. After waiting a week to change the lenses of my sunglasses, i got broken one. They did not mention anything about broken sunglasses. I just found it when i get back the shop. Assistants were pretended to be angry from the fear of complaint. From their reaction i can tell this can happen often. When they informed me about reward,they were not professional or trained. So that gave me even more tired experience. I ended up getting refund only. The reward seems make me spend more money at the shop.

    I visited the branch after my glass frame broke in two. Although the employee who dealt with me wasn't outright rude or unhelpful, the attitude was very negative from the start: he decided he couldn't do anything to help me and just stuck to his position throughout. No suggestions were made to show he would go out of his way to solve the issue, despite the fact that he could see from the system I had been a customer for quite some time. I decided to try a different branch (went to Tottenham Court Road) and the experience was the complete opposite: there was still nothing much that could be done about the issue (I had to buy a new set of glasses) but the staff were outstanding. They first check all their frames to see if my old lenses could be reused, and when they couldn't, I was offered a reduction on the new order. To be clear, the discount is not the key aspect here, the proactive, positive attitude is.

    I must had 10 pairs of glasses during the past 3 years from there. I find some of their glasses not good quality after use for few times. As I was in a meeting last Friday the Temples of the glasses come off and ended on the floor. The hinge was probably broken. I had this problem with few of them during the past 3 years. I went to the shop and someone there told me that he is a manager and also told me that is my fault and is because of the way I use my glasses is not correct etc. I told him that I am not there for an argument. I went back today to speak to their director and I told him that I had over 10 pairs during the past 3-years with different problems ie the lens coming out, the pad arms coming off, the elbow breaks easily... I told the director that I had to throw some pairs in the bin after using them only few times. I ask him if he can replace the one I was showing him. He told me that I had to pay £80 for the glasses to be replaced and that the glasses is over 2 year old . I told him about the problems I found with other pairs and that I rarely use the glasses I took to him to see. He then told me that glasses is the same with tvs and that if a tv is over 2 year old is not guarantee. I told him that I was not happy and I left.Not the correct way treating a good customer.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the doctor who examined me was both polite and helpful. However, what really made my experience outstanding was the exceptional customer service provided by Chelsy, a team member who helped me find the perfect frame that suited my taste. She took the time to thoroughly explain the various lens options available and their characteristics, which I found very helpful. I also want to acknowledge Ali, another team member who took the time to ensure everything was going well with my appointment. I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers and want to thank the team for their excellent service, which is, unfortunately, becoming less common these days.
