Had a brilliant experience today with my 4 year old son. Having used another opticians for a while, I happened to pass the Fleet Specsavers and thought I would just look and see what frames they had for my son. We were greeted by a lovely team of people, one man in particular (Rade) introduced himself and kindly showed us to a seat. He cracked some jokes and made my son and I really laugh. There was real positive atmosphere and great team spirit. We will be back next week to collect my sons new Spiderman glasses and I will be back for my future eye appt too. Thanks to all for your help!

After an abysmal experience in the Camberley shop, I decided to try Fleet based on reviews. I was not disappointed. Totally different experience. Attentive staff, polite and courteous. The optician (sorry I forgot her name) was very sweet. Went through everything and made sure I understood all that was being said, with patience. The follow-up with Akuona (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was great. Again, took the time to explain things to me. Helped me to pick my glasses, making suggestions on things that I would not have thought of. Glasses were ready exactly one week later. Niamh took me through the process again with same attitude. Very happy with the result.

We have always had excellent experiences at Specsavers in Fleet. All of the staff have gone out of their way to help us. From the Dad jokes for my kids (ok for me too), to the optometrists making time to properly hear our concerns. Our optometrist has been an absolute superstar for us, she really listens to our issues and has been kind, professional and helpful! Highly recommend!

I arrived to collect my glasses at 5.30, thinking they closed at 6.30. No one was grumpy, they fitted them as normal. It was only when I asked about their closure time they told me it was 5.30…..what fab service. Thank you!
