It had been over 2 weeks since I Paid, I’m still waiting to receive my torric contact lenses. I fly out soon, eveytime I call, I get such a disappointing response, no one taking responsibility. They have lost my future business, I will go elsewhere in future to another provider. So disappointing

Don’t bother, had an appointment, had 1 missed call from them on the morning of my appointment, no voicemail left. I tried to call 3 times and no one answered. Went in for my appointment and was told the optician has rang in sick and no appointments available. I rescheduled ordered my glasses. I was given another appointment to collect my glasses, when I went to collect my glasses weren’t there and no one thought to call me to let me know. Twice my time has been wasted and this is the first time I’ve used specsavers, won’t be using again.

The most brilliant specsavers for eye tests. Firstly, the optometrist David was really attentive and warm. He helped me understand the processes now I require glasses. Also, the staff at the front were exceptional in assisting with finding a pair of glasses that looked good, especially Hannah! Thank you for a lovely experience.
