Rang this morning as my glasses had broken, they fitted me in quickly and managed to get my lenses in new frames so i was able to see. Staff in branch were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Also turned out to be significantly cheaper than i had expected so that was a bonus too!

When you talk about optician, you always think of the ones your family used. To be honest this is what I had done for many years. But after relocating near Epping, it was time to find an optician, sitting there in Epping High Street is Specsavers. My prescription is very high, so had my doubts. The eye test was professionally done, then I chose my frames. My glasses were ordered. I'm a contact lens wearer as well. Got my glasses ten days later, what a fantastic job they have done. I'm so pleased, happy with what Specsavers have done. They really know what they are doing and how to do it. Anyone needing glasses, please try Specsavers in Epping first, also since having my new glasses, I've stopped wearing my contact lenses.... Brilliant..... Thank you..... Gerry
