On the way to a show in Manchester when my contact lense split on the motorway... I forgot my spares so popped into Eccles store to see if they could do anything to help me. I think the lady was called Monica who saw me. She was absolutely brilliant and helped so much, accessing my records from online so she could give me some trials to wear for the day that matched my prescription. Couldn't fault the service and we made the show which was a bonus! Thankyou so much
