Not too happy at present, I collected my new specs and said at the time that my vision was blurred, the specs were adjusted and semed better, but they were sitting uncomfortably on my nose, so I came back fully thinking that the frame was too small for me. Much to my surprise it turned out to be incorrect positioning of the reading section of my varifocal lens. This was to be rectified and I should have been picking them up this last Monday the 10th but on Saturday the 8th I received a call from you saying that the lenses were back but she considered them to be too thick so once again they have been sent back, So now I am waiting for a phone call from yourselves saying when I can pick them up.

Or just couldn't care less, and if it wasn't for only Georgie, ( I believe she could be the manager) I would of kept walking, Plus how can you justify selling the £15 range ( I picked a pair for work ) and the 2nd pair for £49 only to charge £452 to have them prescriptive ???? In the end I picked more expensive frames, to get them for £358 !!! That only
