They don’t even pick up calls! Given them £10 extra for scan but they didn’t even sit down and talk about the results rather let us go and said they will call if things are not okay. I still wanted the reports and therefore went to the actual optician and the receptionist said they will email the reports. But I have still no sign of any reports. I try calling them everyday but they don’t pick up!!!!!
