    Disappointing experience. I had an appointment at 12.10pm for an eye test. It was 1pm and still hadn’t been called so had to ask the staff to reschedule to the next day as I had to go. It’s happened every time I attend an appointment which puts me off going which shouldn’t really be the case. The staff seem quite disorganised too as no one was on reception on the desk so had to go to the back where two staff were standing to ask to reschedule

    Staff are wonderful at this store, very friendly and offered me help getting around during my appointment, as I was on my own with my 5 month old. Everything was explained clearly as I went through the process of my sight test, and there was no "hard sell" for frames afterwards. Very enjoyable experience.
