So it seems like you lost yet another customer! I went to spec savers as an over 17 years customer, specifically asked if lenses would be allocated to frames not purchased at Spec Savers, which I was replied a simple yes, no other info. I went to the shop with frames only to be told they had to be certified, went back and purchased certified frames, because frames at Spec Savers at simple outdated there’s nothing trendy, went back to shop only to be told they can’t do it cus the frames are for fashion!!! So what?!! What a joke you guys are!! Then you should’ve told me we can’t guarantee such service since all frames need to be assessed, that’s how you don’t misinform customers. So I’ve purchased two expensive set of frames for nothing! You surely not seeing the colour of my debit card again! Give customers accurate information, you can’t be trusted as a company! Not to mention once I approached reception I was told I had no account with you guys, total joke, after doing my eye test less than a month ago!! Embarrassing you are!
