Very bad experience, I've been with specsaver for many years, They can't give you better solution for contact lense because my eyes are red sometimes, all they will say to you is stop wearing them for couple of weeks and come back for exam, I actually went for lense exam 2 times, Don't use their contact lense service, it's very unprofessional, it feels like everyone can be optician there. Normal glass is ok in specsaver.

Horrible treatment towards my dad and my whole family to be honest over the past few years- as he finished his eye test he was left on his own looking for glasses and with him being disabled nobody would come and serve him despite the staff going straight away to serve a white family that came through the door, my dad was stood there in pain for almost an hour, he picked the glasses, left them on the desk and left and was then called today saying that he never did pick them. One lady in particular who has black hair and glasses and who is short really does have it in for my family in particular(we are an Asian family) Unreliable and unfair treatment.- anyone who goes there for the first time honestly go to boots or specsavers in town- at least they treat their customers equally.
