45 yrs been getting my eyes tested never had a problem with New glasses until I went here. Got my new glasses and they are to strong for my eyes had to go boot optians in woolwich to get retested for correct glasses very unprofessional and felt rushed

Went for my appointment for 11.05 on Sunday but found the shutters closed at 11am, a shop assistant was waiting to do her shift but a worker who had the keys to the door was running late she got there at 12pm an hour late. As this store is in Sainsbury’s Store itself I can’t see why security of Sainsbury’s don’t hold spare keys to specsaves for this reason. I did get seen but did not leave the store till about 1.30pm my plans for the rest of the day had to be altered. But after all this the staff did a grand job and was a very Good service

Loyalty doesn't work here. Terrible wait times despite arriving on time, although the optometrists are good - it's the other staff that get this rating. I have used Specsavers for several years but this branch has very sadly made me switch to their competitor.

I booked appointments for myself and my daughter for the general eye tests in March . They always called me 2 days before the appointments and make sure the time , and called me again on the appointment day told me that the person was calling sick . They have changed my appointments twice with the same excuse .I will not recommend anyone to go there because they are not reliable!

Worst experience ever! I order a pair of prescription glasses early Dec 2022 and the glasses I had a very bad headache with the new glasses. The store staff offered to remake the glass twice but I still can’t see clear with the new glasses. And I have no idea what was the issue! However the staff told me that they cannot to do anything further for me so I paid £169 for a pair of useless glasses.
