I have been using this branch of Specsavers for several years. They have always been most helpful for eye tests, new glasses and medical attention. Once fast tracked to A&E at the Eye Hospital. This time I tried variafocals, the first pair did not give me sufficient area for distance sight; they were changed without quibbling - all I paid was an extra £35 for coatings. Excellent service.

Called a third time and couldn't get through. Emailed them and never got response. I guess they weren't bothered because there was no money involved for them.
