Opticians are nice and helpful, front staff are terrible. I’m on an already pretty pricey daily lens subscription, went in for an eye test, the lad on the shop floor didn’t really know what was going on, at one point he was going to do part of the test (?) but then got someone else to do it, then charged a random £2 for a disposable case to wash my contacts in.

I’ve never had an eye test before and this place just seemed pretty disorganised. Had to queue to get my appointment, it felt quite dirty, just the whole experience was pretty grim, especially when I was paying £35 for two different tests. The staff doing the tests were all nice, just maybe seemed a bit over worked. I paid to come to Specsavers because it’s meant to be good, perhaps some of the marketing spend should be given to the shops for training and improvements to the store.

I had appointment at Specsavers Camden Town , in the end of the appointment I sow a young Asian man, he didn't know what he was doing, his customer service was really poor no respect no manor, he didn't know how to speak to customers if I could I won't give even one star. He delayed me to my another appointment too

Hello, my today's experience at Specsavers Camden Town was totally unhappy. I expected to have a free contact lenses trial, but suddenly I was forced to pay 25 pounds for no reason. The advertisement said that it is free so I agreed to try. But that's not the worst part. I was signed up for second trial. I wasn't sure that I need a second trial, because I was pretty happy with my lenses. I just wanted to finish and get the prescription. But the staff said I have to take a second trial and it's impossible to get prescription after first trial. OK. Today I got the appointment (9:10, 6 Mar 2023), I've been in the office. But the staff said that they don't have a trial lens for me and they will call me back when my lenses appear. I couldn't believe that I just went so uselessly and they didn't warn me in advance.
