My visit on a Saturday was horrendous, the shop was chaos! Had an appointment, I wasn’t seen until we’ll past the appointment time but also seen by 4-5 different people on my visit. The experience with staff was a mixed bag, the first person couldn’t care less, no personal skills and looked like he didn’t want to be there. The optometrist and the ladies (1 trainee) were very good and helpful. However, the as an overall my experience was awful and considering moving opticians. I would not recommend Bury Specsavers!

Absolutely brilliant when we visited the Bury store on 290423 for an eye test. From the time we went in to the time we left the staff were fantastic. They even fixed my glasses and wasn't actually there for my eye test. The way they show such care is a rare thing these days

Well done specsavers for refunding money to my friend who suffers from dementia he only had his eyes tested 6 weeks ago by another optician who told him his glasses didn't need replacing but he had forgotten about this and on receiving a letter from specsavers went in and they decided he did need glasses and he paid in full as a friend I went in the Bury branch and explained and without any argument money refunded in full .
