Went to book appointment and shop was shut, the contact lenses optician saw me walking away, unlocked the shop and shouted me back. Fit me in the next day on a cancellation and was helpful friendly and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop. Keep up rhe good work !!

I have been going to specsavers for many years, although I did go to azda once, but never again. Good and friendly staff. The range of frames could be slightly better.

Most of the staff I have met were wonderful. The optician who conducted my full eye test needs to be commended and I hope they value her for the fantastic employee she is. However today I had an awful experience. During my visit 3 members of staff were openly, loudly and scathing talking about a customer they had in who just passed her driving test. They read out her medical history laughing loudly that she has diabetes and "maybe that fat c*nt should walk more often". I'm a larger gentleman of the diabetic persuasion and I was sickened at what I had overheard. My sister, seeing I was a little distressed, had words with the employees and we swiftly left. Apparently the customer who was being mocked was a "friend". I hope that the customer is not friends with these people. Please consider your personal information as insecure at this particular branch and I cannot imagine what must have been said after I left.
