Rang for an appointment this morning, they said someone would ring back, alas they did not, when I rang back to complain they said they had tried to ring back but no answer, I dispute this as I had my phone with me all day, and there are no missed calls on my phone. Absolutely shocking and shoddy customer service avoid at all costs if this is how they treat customers, my business will be going elsewhere that cares about people
