Disappointed- won’t be going there again. I get the impression that as long as they say you need to buy new glasses it doesn’t matter how accurate the prescription is! Fluctuating prescriptions over the last five years- doesn’t make any sense. I don’t think your eyes get better and worse each year. Specsavers do not take responsibility for mistakes made.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I rang up Specsavers Bognor Regis to enquire if they could swap out my lenses from an old worn frame into exactly the same frame I had purchased, they confirmed this was possible and I wouldn't even need an appointment. So I arrive at the store, on my day off, with my current glasses and new frame on person. I hand them to the female employee, who ignored me for 5 minutes deep in a nonsense conversation, and she takes them away to a guy I can only assume was an optician. They chat for a little bit with the odd glance over towards me standing in the doorway (cus apparently that's where customers wait now......) and she returns to tell me that they cannot do what I request because its a frame they do not sell, to which I just swiftly left as I was fed up. All I can say is they've absolutely lost a customer, and all should avoid Specsavers, as a whole, like the plague. Professional scammers, but we all knew this already. I recommend Walsh Opticians on Crescent Rd, they helped me out immediately and not only that they did it for free. Will be going there for all my optical needs. Specsavers thanks for nothing.
