First visit was ok. The optometrists went through a bunch of tests/measurements and was happy to answer questions. Second visit was rushed (different optometrist). In the main room the tests took around 5 minutes. They did not mention issues the previous optician picked up on. I paid for the OCT scan and my results were four words: 'your eyes are healthy'. Thats fine, but they could atleast spend 10 seconds showing the scan itself and going over it layman terms. If you want to order glasses online, you will need to ask them to write down your pupillary distance measurement on your prescription card. They won't tell you if you don't ask. They have good offers on frames but if you want lens modifications such as thinning, the costs increase significantly, often way more than the frames themselves.

I normally go to them, this time it was really bad. Staff members were not helpful ar all, treating customers disrespectfully looks like a trend with them, opticians checking eye in just 5 mins. I don't think this okace is trustworthy any more when it comes to health of ur sight. Staff upstairs is not good at all. Very unprofessional

Excellent service from Jordan at New Street Specsavers I got in 10 minutes before closing time and he was still able to provide me with great customer service and help me with my concern in relation to my glasses ! Honestly the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Great asset to the branch. Very polite, helpful and professional.
