Not a great experience on Saturday, sales person wasn't helpful and was not fully upto speed with glasses available- too many i dont know responses. Was more interested in the hard sell of anti glare coating -I gave up in the end and went to boots - shame I was wanting a £200+ pair of sunglasses 👓 🕶 😎

New glasses needed at last, two for one offer worked out fine as one pair is normal ultra thin varifocal with reactolight lens, problem is reactolight doesn't work inside a car windscreen so second pair is same prescription lens but done as a sunglasses tint, success.

(See 2021 update below) Back today for my 2 year check-up and truly exceptional service yet again from Arun the Optician, Phil the Manager and Julie Senior Eye tester. In these very challenging times of Covid, the cleaning and attention in looking after us the customers, really was 5 Star plus 1, many thanks Specsavers Billericay, you truly have left me feeling on cloud Nine. *** November 2022 - Latest Update - Still Amazing Service... I am honestly lost for words how good this Billericay branch of Specsavers is, Arun the senior optician is so very thorough, Julie a long serving team member has in-depth experience and a comprehensive knowledge of all the glasses that are on offer, added to her exceptional customer service skills and Phil who again has been at Specsavers for years, has a warm and mellow personality, that makes us the customers feel relaxed and assured that the glasses they get, are going to be totally right for them and the fitting will be perfect too.
