5 star service! I recently developed ‘floaters’ & flashing lights in my left eye, I rang my local Specsavers branch who didn’t answer the phone so I rang Beverley Specsavers where I used to be a customer & despite it being a Saturday & really busy they fitted me in for an appointment that day. They did a thorough eye examination including drops to dilate my pupils to check for detached retina etc. I was there an hour & they diagnosed the cause & didn’t even charge me, Mr Jeremy Beesley, Optician & Katie looked after me so well. I just want to say thank you so much to them & all staff in Specsavers Beverley, & what an excellent 1st class service!

I have to say that the whole experience from booking, the test, the range of specs and the followup support has been excellent! The Beverley branch isn't very big but it has lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff available. I like the fact that they are not pushy or salesy, just genuinely interested in getting you the right pair of specs for your needs and budget. Highly recommended!
