I went into Solihull store today and was welcomed with a lovely greeting! I was buying some new glasses, was left to have a look which is great as there’s no pressure you can take as long as you want to find the right glasses. Bought 2 pairs of glasses advertised as 2pairs for £ 69 and was charged £ 77.50. When l queeried the price the manager told me it should have been more .l will not be going there again. I've used Solihull branch for 20 years + will never go again.
