Excellent service. Rang on the Tuesday and was given a cancellation for the next day to have my ears syringed. The member of staff worked carefully and thoroughly on the difficult left ear and more easily but just as successfully on the right. As Johnny Nash might have sung: " I can hear clearly now..."

Helping my Father out ( who is in a care home) getting his hearing aids serviced - I walked in with no appointment and was just astonished how kind, careful, and efficient they were. Serviced the aids whilst I waited and gave lots of expert advice for me to help another relative. Just a superb experience, so a huge thank you from me, and my Dad who reports 'quite astonishing, my hearing has not been this clear for ages' .5 Star service, so many thanks!

My hearing aid failed on 6th Sept and I wanted them fixed before going away on 13th Sept. My local store in Kenilworth had no appointments but I booked online with Solihull Hearing Centre on 12th Sept. This was confirmed by email. I then get an email asking for my name, address and dob most off which I supplied when making my booking. I replied to this email to be informed my appointment has been cancelled and Kenwilwoth branch will contact me within 72 hours. This is completely unsatisfactory as my hearing aid will now not be repaired before I go away. They should not confirm booking then cancel appointments for no valid reason.
