Glasses are not very good. And the receptionist isn't good as the old one, the other receptionist used to help you and check to see if the glasses was ok before you left the ship, and know they don't seem to care.

I was grateful for the reception of the Small Heath branch, who referred me to this branch. The interview with the ophthalmologist was good and their treatment was good, but when I went to collect my glasses, I was surprised to be given them to me in a plastic bag. The strange thing is that the glasses case costs £2 in the shops, although I have been wearing glasses for ten years and I had changed them. Many times in different countries such as Algeria and France, and not once was it given to me in this body, so they have to consider some of their actions to avoid losing a number of their customers......

The staff in this shop go above and beyond to look after you. My mom has been with them for years and is not able to get to the shop anymore but they are always on hand to do any repairs and replacements if needed- highly recommend this place…. thanks guys for your care, help and support you are truly amazing.

I have purchased 2 pairs of glasses last week and I can say that the staff working at the shop, were always very polite and helpful. They provided me with all the help I needed and made me understand all the different prices and options available for me. Staff demonstrates their professionalism and empathy with local and elderly customers, which shows that they care about the community. I received all the support needed and I'm really impressed by the customer service provided. Even before being a customer, Shanaan was the person who introduced me to all your products and services. I decided that it was time to update my eyewear as well as the prescription! After receiveing my glasses I can say that it exceeded my expectations !!! 5 Stars for Shanaan and for the other 2 colleagues working in the shop! Keep it like that !
