Never deal with this place again! Very poor customer service! I was mislead with my appointment & was told that my glasses check up & contact lenses checkup will be done in one appointment but when i got there i was told to come back & pay for another check up for my contact lenses. Since then I have been trying to speak with the optician but what makese this place really bad is the people in reception who are very rude, have no manners, do not give out names of who you speak to on the phone

Took my mum in for a eye test and diabetic screening. There was a little wait but that is everywhere you go now but the overall appointment was very efficient. The staff are lovely and polite . We were made to feel very welcome there . My whole family are patients there and I would definitely recommend them to everyone . Thankyou for your services.

The customer service from specs direct lozells is absolutely disgusting! The receptionist has no manners and speaks to customers in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Very disappointing that even though my partner knows the owner very well they treated me in this manner ( think about how they will treat you if they don't have no relation to you !) Avoid specs direct on lozells rd as the only thing they can provide you is disrespect and rudeness.

My wife attended the opticians on the 15th July 2021 which was a Thursday, first when she approached the reception there was a receptionist there here name is fateha , she saw my wife and didn't even look at her then another lady saw her from the back of the room and came and greeted her and have her an emergency appointment for 4.10pm which was fine , then after half an hour's wait the girl fateha who abnoxiously blanked her called my wife to say there one in front of her so she had to wait, then all a sudden another lady come with a child and went to the receptionist fateha and instantly they both started chatting like they were long lost family, they were showing each other their phones laughing whispering in each others ears , she then called my wife to say oh I forgot to say there another lady that's in front of you which my wife was annoyed but didn't say anything, it was nearly 6pm when the optician came out to say he can only see one more person bcuz it was closing time so the fateha girl was playing favouritism and was telling my wife she ain't be able to get seen, trying to emotionally black mail her in to saying it's for the kids but the main factor was she knew the other last , you should treat engineer the same no matter who they are, you need professional acting ppl there
