We purchased a Radiator off the company after waiting weeks to get it made, and floors layed with pipes centres supplied, to then received a mail asking for extra shipping which we were happy to pay, but suggested to Jonathan to make it in his shipping settings on the Ebay shop Johnathan cancelled the order, when my husband rang him to resolve this he said we couldn’t have it anymore To which now we have to rip up floors etc We are very disappointed in the way Jonathan has treated us as a customer!
