I was recommended to use this company by Uber on the understanding the vehicle is registered for private hire use. The salesman Mark was very vague from the start but promised me a vehicle but specified I needed to arrange my own insurance. He provided me with the,make,model and reg numbers of 4 different cars over a 2 month period and never deliverd one. Maintenance issues,awful communication and complacency. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Worst company I have ever dealt with providing me with faulty car which broke down on my and then replaced with another vehicle which had same issues I filled the car with fuel and asked for a refund but was totally ignored by the manager krisi The is the first time I have experienced when two rentals cars broke down so if want a reliable car Avoid the company at all costs

Fantastic service from start to end. Booking over phone handled very well. Drop off by Tom and explanation of vehicle features very good. The vehicle was just the job and allowed me to take my brother back to Wales and revisit his haunts of youth. Collection was proficient and again a very pleasant member of staff. Would highly recommend.

I have used Specialist Vehicle Rental quite a few times over the last year to hire Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) and have absolutely no qualms in saying that the service has always been superb. Abbey is always helpful, knowledgeable, organised and cheery and the guys who drop off the vehicles are always friendly and chatty whilst being professional and efficient. Wouldn’t use anyone else
