Good service generally but read delivery info. All my pallet orders have been delivered using a manual pallet truck which requires "hard standing" and given that I had a 1 tonne delivery on a single pallet this means they can only move the stuff to an area on flat tarmac or concrete. Not ideal for a supplier of aggregates TBH.

Disgusted that I had my order cancelled after being informed that the product ‘pink glass gravel’ was no longer in stock and would not be in stock in the foreseeable future. I was told this product would be removed from the website that day. Imagine my surprise when the following day it was back on the website at a greatly increased price! I was looking forward to putting this pink glass gravel on my daughter‘a grave. This deception is completely unacceptable and I would not recommend this company to anyone. If there was a no star rating I would have chosen that.

Do not trust this supplier. They delivered cobbles to me that were different to the size described on the website and then refused to give me a refund. Very poor customer service.
