Really infuriated with the terrible customer service Aubrey gave with her Special Eyes business!! I had booked an appointment and enquired about whether a patch test was compulsory or not before my appointment, as some places are. Her reply was 'yeah if you want'. I tried to call to make things easier by calling and she declined my calls and then rudely told me to find someone else to do my lashes if i cant understand her. I continued to try and call and kept being ignored and she messaged saying she was busy. I then received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Appointment cancelled for making enquiries?!? Most unprofessional, disinterested and rude experience. Definitely do not recommend booking.
