The shop its self is lovely the staff are amazing.i popped in today for a card for my new born grandson and there range of ballons caught my eye..I asked if u had to order a personalised balloon and normally you would and they take about an hour..the ladies in the shop went all out and made me a lovely personalised balloon in less than half an hour and god bless them they were rushed off there feet..so a massive shout out to special times 5 stars from me thank you ladies xx

Massive thank you to special times of rubery Alan heather and all the lovely staff involved doing my daughter's 25 th birthday balloon tower and her beautiful chocolate bouquet Also the lovely birthday cards was so hard to choose a card as they all have beautiful verse.s inside them so I had extra for future birthday s Couldn't believe you got this all ready for next day including delivery and before time quoted Will certainly be going back again If you have never been I promise it's worth the travel to this magnificent shop you will be as surprised as I was it's just like the old days were the shop and staff look after you and offer a brilliant service As I've been to our new ones of today and your lucky if you get a thank you when they take your money never mind a smile lol Well done to everyone at special times you made my daughter's 25th birthday very special with your magnificent creations Thank you very much..
