The only director to actually offer a cup of tea and ask about my Dad as a person rather than flashing the price list under my nose. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and the funeral was everything you would want it to be to celebrate a person’s life. Mark was simply superb to work with when we were planning my Dad's funeral - he was understanding, compassionate and well organised, and brought some brilliant new ideas and suggestions that made all the difference. My Dad had the best possible send-off in a simple but elegant coffin, and we were able to design the service and every last detail to enable us to make the day the best that it could be for us, as well as being what Dad would have wanted. Dad was brought to the funeral venue in Special Send-Off's fantastic new vehicle, a transporter van, and we made a beautiful origami bouquet for the coffin. We can't recommend Mark and his team enough - supportive, thoughtful and kind.

Mark helped Dad to arrange a celebration of Mum's life that was personal, intimate and loving and reflected our family more that a traditional funeral would have done. He recommended the Friendship House which gave us a safe and special space for us as a family to say our goodbyes. He helped make the saddest day so special and I will always be grateful for that.
