I have been bringing my dogs to Karen for many years, and she is a wonderful groomer. They always look and smell lovely after their grooming session and are always happy and relaxed when I collect them. Karen is very caring and she has a lovely way with the dogs, putting them at ease if they are ever nervous. I have been using Special Friends Dog & Cat Grooming for the past two years after using numerous other dog groomers and now I would not use anyone else. Karen is very friendly, professional and approachable. My Pomeranian doesn’t seem to mind going to the groomers anymore as Karen seems to put him at ease he seems to be very comfortable and happy in a nice sized spaced ‘Doggy Salon’ and he always looks exceptional when I pick him up =)

Karen at Special Friends is amazing. So knowledgeable & tuned into yr Pets needs. I have a rescue dog (street dog) from abroad who was in desperate need of a professional groom but who is also terrified of the big wide World. Karen was so gentle & patient with her and managed to create a trusting bond really quickly. She came out looking beautifully fresh & clean after & seemed so much happier. Karen also regularly grooms my other Dog who always comes back looking very Handsome & smelling Amazing. Definitely 5* xx

It was lovely meeting Karen yesterday and what a wonderful groom she gave Arlo our cockapoo. It was his first time with Karen and he was so relaxed and content when I picked him up. He was made to feel at home, allowed to wander her garden and the process wasn't rushed. He looked and smelt absolutely gorgeous when we got him home. His cut is a really professional job and we've already booked in again for his next one. Highly recommend!
