I was at my wits end with my neuroma pain and Hypermobility condition which makes it so hard for me to keep dancing and enjoy my walks. I ve had a nueroma since last March. The NHS and 3 private podiatrists offered me an injection, surgery and no real solution for orthotics or shoes which I can dance and teach in. I was in tears on the phone and the very kind assistant Ali, encouraged me to come in. Her patience and kindness and that of the specialist made me feel relaxed and that I was in good hands. Certainly money well spent.

I had been suffering with arch pain for a while and spotted this shop whilst out on my lunch break. I was seen almost immediately by Barry, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He had a look at my feet and brought me two types of insoles to try. I left feeling so relieved with my new insoles, with a spring in my step! Have recommended this establishment to all.

The service was personable, helpful and professional and the orthotics worked wonders with my feet. Thankfully i no longer suffer from foot pain and I can now enjoy life and dance again. When I was in London on Holiday from Melbourne, Australia, I came across Mr Andrews at his Special footwear business. I complained about back soreness which was linked to an imbalance in my feet. Mr Andrews demonstrated the benefits of his shoes and his orthotic products. He promised that if the pain didn't diminished in a few weeks, I could get my money refunded This was 5 years ago, and I've never felt better. I am a qualified biomechanist and I can vouch for Mr Andrews, he is a very decent man, and his customer service is second to none. He has years of experience of helping the disabled and has always gone the extra mile even when he was working in the NHS. I shall continue to send my patients to this company for orthotics and fantastic orthopaedic footwear.
