I would stay away from this dealer. Been on the verge of buying a car from them but the car needed cambelt changed due to years past. They refused to do it and told me that this is the trade standard. Maybe your standard which says it all about your way of doing things. No, thanks!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend the Southampton Branch at all. Staff are over pushy, don’t let you have any time to think as they are constantly throwing useless information at you only to distract from the fact their used cars are covered in marks, dents and other things you wouldn’t expect from a company that has a ‘confident car buying‘ promise. The car I viewed had a chipped windscreen, two cuts in two of the tyres, one of which was so deep you could see the threads, subsequently meaning it would fail an MOT. One of the headlights and one of the driving lights also didn’t work. The petrol light was also on so they’ll send you out on a test drive with no fuel to get you anywhere, probably incase anything else goes wrong! Absolute train wreck of a car, definitely not worth the high price they were asking. The staff there are too focused on their pay checks and bonuses than actually selling you a good quality car. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, just not here.
