This is the worst company I’ve ever bought my car to if I could give no stars I would. My car has been in for a couple of services and every time it’s come back to me with something wrong. Then I ask them to take a look at my vehicle to find out why it’s not turning so they take it in spend 2 and half hours on it to say they need it for a further 2 coz they can’t find the problem so I say it’s fine I’ll come get at this point they were trying to charge me a lot of money to do nothing but cause another issue I go to pick it up and the battery is nearly dead but when I left it it was fine so I ask for them to help start it and the reply was sorry can’t do that and I had to have the manager called to find out why it wasn’t starting and he said I don’t know there is an issue with it. But it was starting ok when I took it in for them to look at I was then told I could leave it till the next day for them to find the problem with it and it turns out they had not put the fule plug back properly but this was done on purpose to get more money out of me as the member of staff that worked on it looked very guilty and did not want his colleague talking to me about it as he was asked to stop talking to me. I will not be going back after this.

1st time using them. When you put a lorry in for a 6 weekly check expecting them to pick up a broken light and replace it, but they totally miss it. Leaves you a little disappointed and somewhat worried. Also quite hard to find. Sat-nav didn't get anywhere near. Google maps found them OK. After the reply and speaking with the parts department, quite surprised that they don't carry marker lights and fit them. However extremely helpful parts department. Sorted mirrors efficiently.
