Can’t fault the Ashford branch especially the service team , the service received here has been impeccable. They are easily the most customer focussed and professional out of the three dealerships with a clear willingness to help. Our closest is sittingbourne but we choose Ashford for the above reason.

In an age where [some] people and companies are reluctant or too busy to do more than the absolute necessary, Its only right that we should recognise the people who will still 'go the extra mile'. Last week I dropped in to Sparshatt Ashford to seek some technical advice about one of our Merc Sprinters. The guy on the front desk passed me over to Tom who was very knowledgeable and happily provided the answers I needed, no fuss, no shoulder shrug. My company uses Sparshatts for spare parts. These employees would not have known this. We will continue to use them.
