Booked my van in for MOT on the Thursday. Failed on same day asked Sparks to quote me for work needed to pass MOT, was quoted “2hrs Labour and £97.50 parts! Possibly Matt need extra work on rear brakes which I was told would be an extra 1hrs Labour! So got a phone call on the following Wednesday to say my van was ready for collection and my Bill was £937!!!! Went in to Sparks to discuss my new and “improved “ invoice to be told”We discovered it needed more work and this is why your original quote has trebled! The two people I spoke to previously on the phone in the office,denied quoting my two hrs Labour on the phone! The assistant manager eventually reduced my invoice down to £637 which was a relief. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth! Shameful!!! Service: Brakes
