    Placed an order for a boxed bottle of wine and birthday balloon. Ordered on Monday and requested delivery on the Thursday for a special birthday. Was kept informed of order status via 3 emails (processed, dispatched, delivered). Gift was delivered on the Thurs as requested, and recepient was delighted with his gift. Order was placed from Ireland. Would happily recommend and would use this company again.

    Do not buy from this company!!!! We could never recommend this company again sadly. An order was placed in November 2022 as a Christmas gift to a very dear & special friend with a confirmation email received and delivery date agreed. Sadly the gift was NOT delivered on the day (23rd December 2022) we had planned but arrived five days later with no apology or explanation. Despite emails and attempted calls, (with messages left) to the customer service team we have had no response from anyone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT AS IT IS VERY UNRELIABLE.

    I ordered a bottle of chablis for my boss for Christmas back in November to be delivered yesterday. I recieved no tracking or anything, so contacted sparkling direct and I was told that I should recieve a tracking number from DPD last night (20th Dec which I didn't get) I contacted DPD today 21st Dec and they couldn't be more helpful. Sparking had only put the area my parcel was going to with no name, steet name or postcode. (Which I had supplied them with) Please be very careful when ordering from these my parcel nearly didn't get delivered because of the above.

    I’d give no stars if it was possible. My order is now over two weeks late and, despite having received several emails stating it’s out for delivery/been delivered, no order has arrived! This is particularly frustrating as valuable time has been wasted waiting in for the order to arrive. Furthermore nobody at Sparkling Indirect seems bothered about responding to customer queries. I’ve emailed them numerous times and have received no response. Do yourself a favour and order from any other company.

    Paid and ordered this to be delivered for Christmas Eve. It arrived today 29th December. You can't get a reply from the email I sent and the number for this company is always in a queue. Won't be ordering and adding for a specific delivery date again. If you couldn't deliver Christmas eve then the option should not have been available. Won't be recommending

    I paid extra for Saturday delivery for a friends birthday Wasn't delivered till Monday. I have since called theses guys 10x and asked for at least a refund of the Saturday delivery fee but not one respond. I only used them as I found them on google. Won't be using them again.

    I ordered a lovely bottle of chablis, some chocolates and a birthday balloon for a dear friend for her birthday. Service and choice here are excellent. Speedy replies to my queries, some companies wouldn't take my order as I don't live in the UK. I received a photo to show that the delivery had been made and my friend was delighted with her gift. Whilst I couldn't see it in person the photo's looked great. Would highly recommend this company.

    I haven’t left many Google reviews before, but I wanted to share the experience I’ve had with Sparkling Direct. I ordered a retirement gift for a family member to be delivered last Thursday, and nothing has arrived - despite a couple of automated emails saying the package was in transit and then delivered. I’ve sent 3 or 4 emails without response, and the phone line constantly rings out and goes to voicemail, so I have no idea what is going on. Aside from the late delivery, which was disappointing in itself, the lack of communication has been absolutely shocking. I spent £65 for nothing, and I don’t know if the gift will ever be delivered. I’m honestly hoping someone from Sparkling Direct picks up this message because I haven’t been able to reach anyone there in nearly a week. I will not be ordering again and would definitely not recommend.
