It was my first time visiting this shop and I popped in to pick up some lustre dust. I’ve never met more friendly staff who were happy to stop and have a little chat. They were so helpful and full of knowledge. Sarah was happy to talk me through the process of water ganache for my drips and they turned out beautifully. A massive thank you for all of your help and advice. I appreciate it. I’ll definitely be popping in again soon 😊.

The ladies at Sparkles made us an amazing 2 tier gothic wedding cake! All of our guests were obsessed with the presentation and flavour of our cake and we couldn't be more grateful! Customer service was also super informative and friendly the two times I popped in and again when speaking over fb messenger. They even made sure the cake was delivered the night before the wedding. Recently got our wedding cake with sparkles cake and wouldn't use them again. We ordered 3 tier 12", 10" and 8" cake which cost £600. The middle layer was dry and stale tasting and the bottom which was supposed to be cherry bakewell flavour just tasted the same as a vanilla sponge. We had been let down by our prev baker and didn't have alot of time to shop around before placing the order so didn't sample the flavours first, wish we had as the quality of the cake definitely didn't reflect the price we paid very dissapointing
